Now when I say “like this,” it’s reflecting on the reality of this moment: the body’s like this; the mind, the mood that I’m experiencing, the mental state is like this. I’m not telling you whether my mental state is good or bad—I don’t know how to describe the mood I’m in right now—it is what it is. -
